Welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Heather, and my work revolves around helping people and organizations create a culture of well-being. I believe that when we take care of ourselves holistically—mind, body, and spirit—we can live healthier, more balanced lives.

I hold both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology and human development & family studies from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a focus on gerontology. I’m also a Duke University-trained Integrative Health Coach, a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and a Certified Wellness Professional. I’ve also earned certifications in Mind-Body Medicine, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Yoga, all of which inform my approach to wellness.

With over a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of stepping into many roles—entrepreneur, program director, researcher, advocate, and, most importantly, educator. Since 2022, I’ve served as a program reviewer for the National Board for Health & Wellness Education. I also work with the University of Nevada, Reno’s Center for Application Substance Abuse Technologies (CASAT), where I write a weekly blog on mental health and host a podcast. I mentor new coaches through Chopra, guiding the next generation of wellness professionals, and consult with organizations to develop programs that support well-being. As a national speaker, I also talk about stress, resilience, and how to thrive in today’s fast-paced world.

At my core, I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals, organizations, and communities cultivate a sense of purpose and well-being. I’m here to share knowledge, foster growth, and support you in leading a more balanced, fulfilling life.
