Heather designs and leads health and wellness retreats. Her vision is to allow you to create space to engage in meaningful practice and reflection that will help you to connect to your heart's desires. Through experiential learning activities such as yoga, mindfulness meditation, and health coaching, Heather will help you to develop practices that you can take home and implement into your own life. 

Workshops

Heather creates day-long workshops on a variety of topics that enable people to realize wellbeing. These workshops include experiential learning techniques, along with evidence-based research findings that support whole-person wellbeing. These workshops can be submitted for CEU's to support  continuing education needs. Topics include: current models used in healthcare and best practices for developing an integrative medical model, mindfulness, mind-body connection, nutrition, movement, purpose in life, and more,

Engagements

Heather has been engaging with audiences from diverse backgrounds for over 5 years. Example topics include: lifestyle factors and their impact on chronic conditions, best practices to support health and wellbeing, whole-person wellness and it's impact on mental health, mindful awareness and its impact on mental health, examining your purpose in life. Heather's passion and commitment to helping be well, inspires audiences to take take of their mind, body, and soul.
