Heather works with students to learn how to connect to their body through yoga. Yoga means, "union" of the mind and the body. Through breathing exercise, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques you will learn how to be present in your body. In addition, Heather uses that techniques that help to cultivate an attitude of kindness and acceptance towards the body, which leads to a greater sense of wellbeing. Heather conducts group and private sessions.
